Corrections and coverage reports are the most useful mail we get. Prices move, counters close, and networks change what they publish.

What is genuinely useful to send. A price that has changed since the date on the page. An airport counter or shop that has opened or closed. A network experience that contradicts our coverage table, especially from the Ha Giang loop, the Sapa trekking valleys, Cao Bang, Con Dao or the Mekong side channels, where our information rests on published maps and traveler reports rather than our own riding. If a brand has started publishing its Vietnamese network partner, we want to know that day.
What we cannot help with. We are not a mobile operator and we do not sell eSIMs. If a plan you bought is not working, the provider's own support is the only route to a refund, and it is faster than us. Our setup page covers the fixes that do not need support at all.
Partnerships and guest posts. We do not publish guest posts, sponsored placements or paid reviews. Providers cannot buy a position in any table on this site. The disclosure page publishes the commission rate we earn from each brand and explains the only way money reaches us.
Response time. Usually a few days. Verified corrections ship in the next update, and we note what changed.
